Siddharth Excellence School, Sehore follows a transparent, merit-based, and child-friendly admission procedure for all classes. The process is designed as per school norms and guidelines issued by the competent education authorities.

Issue of Admission Form

  • Admission Forms are available at the School Office during working hours.
  • Forms may also be downloaded from the school website (if applicable).
  • Parents must fill the form accurately and submit it along with required documents.

Eligibility Criteria

Nursery / KG
  • Minimum age as per MP School Education norms
  • Birth certificate is mandatory
Classes I–VIII
  • Admission based on previous school report card
  • Interaction with student and parents
Classes IX–XII
  • Admission strictly as per Board norms
  • For XI, stream allotment based on Class X marks
  • Streams are - Mathematics, Biology, Commerce, Humanities and Agriculture

Registration Process

Parents must submit the following to complete registration:

  • Filled admission form
  • Passport-size photographs of student and parents
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Previous class mark sheet (Class II onward)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Samagra ID (if applicable)

Registration does not guarantee admission; it only confirms consideration.

Admission Assessment / Interaction

Nursery–KG
  • Child-friendly interaction with student and parents
Classes I–VIII
  • Written assessment in English, Mathematics & EVS/Science
  • Interaction with Principal/Academic Coordinator
Classes IX–XII
  • Written test (if required)
  • Verification of previous academic performance
  • Stream allocation for Class XI based on merit

Selection & Confirmation

After assessment:

  • Selected students' names are displayed on the school notice board / informed by phone
  • Parents must complete fee deposition within the given timeline to confirm admission
  • Failure to deposit fees on time will lead to cancellation of the admission offer

Admission Fee Submission

Parents must pay:

  • Admission Fee
  • Tuition Fee
  • Annual Charges
  • Transport Fee (if applicable)

An official fee receipt is provided for all payments.

Final Admission Documentation

Parents must submit:

  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • Original Birth Certificate (verification)
  • Medical fitness certificate (if required)
  • Undertaking for discipline and code of conduct
  • Passport-size photographs (4)

After admission confirmation, parents and students must attend:

  • School Orientation Programme
  • Academic Calendar briefing
  • Rules & Regulations of the school
  • Transport & Safety guidelines
